SHIPPING & RETURNS

We use standard shipping for all our products. We have been able to ship products to our customers within 3 working days.

We would be very to happy to change the product if we have given you the wrong product. We will pay for the shipping if it caused by our mistake. Please check your “Order” by logging into our website in “My Account” section.

Please inform us as soon as possible. Please email us with your “Order” no. which you can find in the invoice. We will refund you if the product(s) are not shipped. If the products are shipped and you still want to cancel the order then we would like you to pay for the shipping charges.
